They do if it makes sense. That's exactly how I got into the restaurant and hospitality business with a client. In fact, almost identical situation. Client had a partner that was ripping him off which resulted in a money-losing location in Downtown Brooklyn. I helped him close down that location/unwind the partnership. Then we (client and I), together with some of the former management team re-built one of the most famous restaurants in NYC (just celebrated 25th anniversary), launched a second Flagship location on the very best piece of real estate available in the hottest/fasted growing neighborhood in NYC (Meatpacking District)directly across from the Whitney Museum and Highline; and 6 (and counting) satellite locations in Japan. As to Comet Core, they are of no interest to me
