Pharmagreen is currently in the last stage from completing its share exchange agreement with a PUBCO on the OTC Alternative Reporting market. Once completed WFS Pharmagreen Inc. will become a 100% owned subsidiary of the PUBCO. The PUBCO will also undergo share restructuring and a new name will be assigned. We expect this process to be completed in the very near term, and all stakeholders of WFS Pharmagreen Inc. will exchange and receive shares in the PUBCO.
