That is interesting. If William White's involved, it's got to be dodgy. Seems the only available information is from the TSX.V, its principal trading venue. The ticker is COBC.

However, White appears to be gone, if he was ever there, and there are no familiar names among the directors;

Based on what's available at the TSX.V site, I don't think there's any connection to ANDI. Their plans seem to be to develop cobalt resources in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
