It would be absurd for DEWM to go back to 2013 to audit those annual reports. The company is listed as a non-filing pink stock. It doesn't put out 8k's, it legally doesn't need to put out unaudited financials even.

In order to become a filing pink stock, it will need 2 years of audited financials. I believe the company PR'd that it is working on the last 2 years. My expectation is that we will see them the third week in May. April is a hugely busy time for auditors and we got two audits.

If we don't get audited financials by May 30 or a real explanation on why, I will sell a mountain of shares. At this point, I am buying - not selling.
