You forgot to mention Owen walked away from Comet that is why it did not go well.

It's never a good thing just to invent history to make one's own side look better, though it happens all the time. We don't really know what went wrong with Comet Core. What we do know is that what's left of the company is having a hard time paying people back for phones they ordered and never received.
