I am not an attorney, so I dont know a lot of legal BS, but I think one of the reason why the court did not rule for SFOR, was because the court said SFOR patents were not a process, it did not do anything a normal person could do on their own and the court mainly made their decision base on a single process, not a muilti or dual stage process...it did not consider that it was different than other security processes, there are more than one multi security processes, but SFOR still has its own unique process that no one else has and it has a patent

SFOR will win this, the court was very negligent in its decision

SA has many different types of security systems, but SFOR still is different and SA is using it.
