imo that would be a benefit for a private co that reversed merged into the shell.

The only benefit for current CBAI shareholders would be the shell should be more attractive thus worth more.

If and when the shell is sold, we're talking two yrs from the time the sale is finalized, at least.

Those proceeds would result in an additional distribution to current shareholders.
