The lack of a start for the Rett trial is blamed on the FDA but in reality, is Missling's inability to implement the plan. It's time for a replacement.

So pathetic how some apologists say they are "glad" he's taking his timing and getting it right. It is unadulterated rationalization for failure bordering on the insane.

He had a duty to "take his time" and get it right the first time, to assess the needs to get it right, to assess the pitfalls of the FDA, to submit a clean IND, and to get trials on the timeline HE set. He failed.

...and he didn't just fail once...he went 0 for 3...then he said Rett could start "any day"...0 for 4. He is still failing and why the further insanity of AVXL magically developing useful biomarkers out of 25 patients worth of uncontrolled data is not manifest to all is beyond my comprehension.

...and applying it to Rett also...LMAO
