“Email from auditors states (as it currently stands) that by the end of the upcoming week we should have the final updates to financials completed including the final review & approval including EQR approval. With a couple days CUSHION we've been given an April 6th date for filing”

It’ll likely be posted after hours so you wanna be holding your desired position overnight to make sure you hit that initial gap up and don’t have to chase the following morning!
