jk - they would be telling me the rate being asked for is above the new norm for 3G patent licensing....being ~.1% per ESSENTIAL patent. There are some patents we'll need, but it's OK to put off licensing until the rate comes down. We'd also like to see some additional 3rd party verification - say by the groups assigned by 3G3P.
