A start-up needs cash somehow. It's not like they have 50 million in cash just sitting there at the start. I would be happy to have their friends and family be investors than some random toxic note holders that only look to collect at the end of their convertible note terms at any cost to the business.

If we are to believe in Mike at all we need to put some trust in what he tells us. Of course he needs to provide transparency to shareholders to a point before things start to appear as though he misled us. I do believe we are at the balancing point on the pendulum where many of us have undoubtedly second guessed it. And I'm not talking about those that have been vested since the trips. They are still loud and proud green and haven't had a thing to worry about through the past two months of declining PPS.

My opinion is April should be a good month for ANDI with some progress coming out. Maybe phone advertisements or revenue producing contracts.
