The next 10-Q should have been around the corner (mid Nov), had we remained on the AMEX.

Not so now we are on the Pinksheets. I have an ominous feeling the balance sheet is looking bad - which is why Huff has gone.

If we had a 'rosey' looking balance sheet, then Huff could argue we were on the road evolving from R&D Co to solid Sales Growth Co.

Who knows were we are now!
