Maybe. But $ALRT's pps will fluctuate in the .035 to .045 range until they secure the alliances or partnerships they seek, and a PR gets out. Then it will fly. Until that time, bob and weave... bob and weave. I'd like to accumulate more at the current price, but I'm pretty much extended to my limit on this OTC stock. Like everyone else going long on them, waiting to see a return.
