i absolutely agree, with all the points you made here. my tone in reply was ironic, and it's hard for that to translate in text. i said "boring" but what i really meant was sad. i've been trading OTC for 20 years, and in many ways the situation is now worse than ever.

even just two years ago we didn't have people creating fake twitter accounts to impersonate management and pump dead tickers. another problem is fake PRs issued through what we always think of as legit channels. there's no vetting, and that's a problem. the SEC claims they have a new task force to stop these pumps, but i don't hear of anyone getting busted, i just keep seeing more plays where fake PRs cause retail to lose more money.

at least with OWVI we have a process being followed in a court of law. it's impossible to fake that. if lazar puts a solid company into this shell, all his other tickers will benefit. i'm sure he's savvy enough to know that.
