I appreciated reading the article if for no other reason but to show how 'shells' can be used and abused in the OTC. There are a lot of new traders jumping on Reverse Mergers now without a basic understanding of how these can be used by the dreggs of the OTC underbelly. There is typically not enough information about these plays to perform decent DD. So instead, these newby's just jump on a play based on posts by pumpers on the boards.

Yes, we all understand how stupid that is, but on the same hand that is all the information provided. More and more people are now reporting on these boards how much money is being made in Reverse Mergers. At least the article points out the dangers and pitfalls a trader needs to understand about Reverse Mergers.
