If you go to his linkedin page, it explains why.

President & CBDO
Company Name Comet Core Inc
Dates Employed Oct 2014 – Jun 2016 Employment Duration 1 yr 9 mos
Location United States

Comet Core Inc is an American based Startup which manufactures a revolutionary SmartPhone called "Comet".

Successfully helped to raise the funds on Indiegogo. Successfully build a powerful marketing and social media campaigns which generate tens of millions of impressions.
Helped raise twice Investment for the company through 2 separate Investors. I own some shares of Comet. Since a disagreement with the Founder before the Summer of 2016, I have no role and no responsibility in Comet anymore. All I hold is promised shares which I have documented and soon claim through a lawsuit.

My final summary is that everything that was planned got achieved at the time I was in service. Good Luck for Comet.

There was big disagreements within the Founder and the entire company. It must of teared the company apart.

The founder of Comet Core is linkedin connection with AR Anil MIE, CSM, CEO at Cycloides.

My theory is that, once Comet Core fell apart because of the disagreement with Prashant R. Urs, Jason Steinberg and Louden Owen must of teamed up with Cycloides for a restart.

You can't blame Jason because it wasn't his fault the company failed since it was Comet Core's Founder who led to the fall out. I think Jason learned a lesson from this experience and I still have hopes for Utopya.

I personally failed and been through my share of challenges in my previous start up company, but that led to the success of my current career today. I think we should give people a chance because people do recover, learn from mistakes. Take Steve Jobs for example, who was fired from his job from Apple, he restarted and came back to be even more successful. Now look what he created after....
