If she did believe it, she would be moving with a sense of urgency. She clearly is not. The fact that we are far beyond both trial endpoints, in conjunction with the admission that they have conducted annual professional statistical analysis of the trial results, and deliberately continued the blind while adding hundreds of millions of shares and warrants at .17 to .30, is the strongest bear argument that the trial has failed.

It is mind boggling how anyone could believe she is sitting on a home run in light of her actions to: continue the trial indefinitely; to sell the manufacturing facility; a hyped publication that has been in the works for many months and apparently remains in limbo; doctors closely involved in the study saying it is likely only effective for a small % of patients; a clinical hold (for futility?); an apparent inability to currently manufacture in the US for compassionate use; etc., etc..
