The beauty of capitalism is that people are able to make their choice based on a variety of choices, each of which may have their own niche.

At least you have established there is a worldwide market for phones. It has been further established that there are way more companies than just Apple and Samsung.

It also seems that you now reale that UTOP actually may have a real product, and your argument has switched to IF there is a market for said phones.

Well, now that we are all on the same page, we can safely say that now it's up to the market to decide if UTOPS phones fulfil a need consumers have.

Well, the next couple of months will answer that. To me, that's the only risk left here.
