Looks like they are as current as they can get with their filings. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ANDI/disclosure

Also appears that an attorney letter is only needed when they file the Annual.

HOWEVER... This being the first filing prepared by the new CEO they might need one. Honestly I don't know but that Yield sign is either still up by mistake or they need a attorney letter.
