When I first started on a recent medical journey

I noticed the forms were heavy inquiring about alcohol, drug use, depression, even sex addiction etc., it was easy to discern where they were heading naturally.

My responses were always "hell no, I'm high on life plus everything is snips, snails and puppy dog tails but a little shot of testosterone might be nice?"
