Anyone a guru of Form D’s or can shed some light on their thoughts to why Rory would have converted his salary into shares now and 1 or 2 months ago. Is their a requirement that if you want your salary paid in shares it’s at end of March? I know it’s the end of Q1 and would be on Q1 fins but the timing is odd (I mean this in a good way). My conclusion is that he converted his shares now cause next week will be an eventful week with a juicy PR and will start the climb to new highs
