IT seems that "Everything" is coming coming together ALL at ONCE. It would not surprise me if the company is waiting till after Easter weekend to communicate as that would make more sense IMO. The Playboy Club and deal is real as I have verified it personally along with speaking with the Mayor and the buyer myself. The debt purchase is REAL along with the debt purchaser which the company has "previously talked about" in previous Pr's and communications. This has also been verified. Lastly for those who dont seem to believe that the Guardlite is real that too I have verified, seen the samples, new prototype and visited what will be the new manufacturing facility. It is true of the past failures and past and present dilution. That is something the company has actually been working on for over a year to stop, pay off and get rid of. unfortunately it has taken a long time as this is not an easy task. I believe the Company is "Finally going to Execute" in a VERY BIG way IMO. Playboy Club would put $15-$20 million Plus asset on the books alone. This would not include anything else from retail, government, leases etc etc. Blockchain Tech previously mentioned Bitwhisper "which I have also verified and brought a third VERY LARGE Blockchain person to verify technology will be something like never seen before in this space IMO. To reiterate people like Det Thorn and others have not been totally wrong about what they have said negatively or pointing out negative "Past" facts about the company. It is always good to have people post negative facts as well in any business forum. I am stating now IMO That any and all of those will remain "true but only true facts from the past". What this company is becoming will wipe away any and all "past stains" IMO and will be looking to make good not just as a company but for investors as well. IMO
