For a company already established with a low and slow goal set I agree.

“It's actually pretty easy. The only real drawback is that it'll take longer. But really, a company should plan for quite awhile to go public. It shouldn't be in a rush to get it done in six months.”

My personal opinion from the beginning is $ANDI and the dream team are setting up for a big buyout or an accelerated large impact in a very lucrative industry to avoid the dirty games that happen to new comers that enter it. Some of the players on the A team are known for setting up ideal and desirable entities. I have no doubt about the talent of the ANDI crew.
