ANDI before the merger means absolutely nothing now. Slowly but surely they are cleaning everything up. Case in point, they just reduced the Series-B conversion by a factor of 1000 (from 38 Billion shares to 38 Million shares). This "dream team" would have never gotten on-board had there been any issues. They would never risk their impeccable business reputations on a scam or something small. Solid Group!
