That’s huge!! In many ways, he has the utmost confidence in himself and the company. Also, the fact that he waited to do this until a spike in share price. He didn’t rush to do it when the stock was ridicoulously low. Whether planned or not, which I can see as planned because he is a stand up guy, it looks very good for investors and prospective investors. To not get paid for 2 years and just take shares, we know he knows exactly what’s coming, much higher prices.
