Had a very long chat with Rob just now...and will get up a post later on on where we are, but suffice to say, he is very enthusiastic about this change and is reenergized going forward.

One quickie...

Dumas is still a director, but receives no salary.

Huff is staying on indefiniely as technical officer reporting directly to the new Chairman Peter Khoury.

We already have a CTO in place, Joseph Seroussi, whose been with us awhile.
