Very nice abc! Should give everyone a little hint that a remand would be last resort. These judges saw the truth... they played the game with bungie as they had to... My opinion is activision will be getting a little shock and awe soon. Most of these cases, although different have been getting a closer look. The judges also realize what new orders are coming down the line... as the direction has made a 180 they are under the microscope now more than ever. I feel that there's no better time than NOW for them to start fulfilling their duties! They are smart people! Now is the time they will be making decisions ahead of the curve.

Of course stranger things have happened but i would say a vacated ptab/ipr is 75% gonna happen.
