This country is governed by the court of law. It does not mean that the laws are fair or it cannot be interpreted for a different meaning. That's how lawyers make their living. They will interpret the law in a way that is advantageous to their clients. Even Rosie obeyed the law, albeit in a crooked way. In order to steal the Estate for the creditor hedge funds, he tried to prove that there is not enough money to pay the creditors and therefore they will take the Estate.

The EC and Susman used the law too and proved that there is enough money to pay the creditors and therefore the shareholders will have the Estate.

Having said that, you cannot have the law saying Black and the lawyers will turn into White. It is impossible. Such as:

- The court ruling said that the stocks were canceled and you say No, they are still valid.

- The court ruling said that WMIH is a post BK company while you say that no, it is still related to WAMU.

- The court and IRS said that there is 6B of NOL as a result of abandoning WMB and now you say that No, the NOL will be gone after WMB bondholders are paid.

- The court and bankruptcy law said that waterfall has to be followed and you say that No, PIERS will be impaired.

- the court said that WMIH is a public company and you said that No, it will get the assets from the Estate.

And so on and so forth...

Unless you think that we live in a lawless country.
