CEO MONEY Highlights:

Question 1: Is one stock exchange better than the other for nFüsz? Rory does not have a personal preference but noted that some have said the NYSE has more prestige and that institutional investors prefer NYSE. No decision has been made.

Question 2: Is the company ready for uplisting on the governance side (Directors, etc.)? We need to add (2) independent board members and are actively looking for the appropriate members for our board.

Question 3: Will nFüsz be presenting at any of the upcoming investor conferences? Yes, we will be presenting at the Micro-cap Conference at the Essex House in NYC on April 9th at 3pm and will be meeting with investors and Rory will participate in a round table discussion with other CEO’s. Rory will also be presenting at the LD Micro Conference at the Lux Sunset Hotel in Bel Air, California on June 5th at 9am and will be meeting with investors there as well.

Question 4: Can you explain the #teamnfusz on social media? Rory reiterated that we are all in this together and he is building something special here. He talked about the demand for the nFüsz apparel.
