That means this stock does not trade on a supply and demand basis.

Only NEAH and a few entities have these quantities of stock and who makes money selling at the bottom ?

No one, that means there is a different motive for selling stock so cheap.

Keeping the price low.

I am convinced D'Couto wants to keep the price low to be able to take NEAH private as cheaply as possible. Plus this convinces sh to get discouraged and sell.
