You are correct a suit can overwhelm a small company like AVXL. Hopefully we can move on now with full understanding of what and when to say about things material.

Now is the time to get and stay focused. Start and finish RETT trials. Yes, we all have bigger, bolder thoughts of future CNS work but right now it is just blocking and tackling. It is execution time. It is about X's and O's. Keep it simple, and communicate.
