I cannot answer Your question as I can't read Mr. Alper's Mind. I have some thoughts as a long time investor in BLDV since the J.Q. Moaning days, as well as having learned many painful investing lessons over the past 20 years or so. Quite frankly Sir, I have numerous issues with Mr. Alper and his """Press Releases"". His press release last year which caused the share price to spike to .0057 or so was at the least inaccurate, ill timed, misleading and I will stop short of any further negative comments.
For some time I actually wondered if ""Kool Aid Man"" was trying to drive the share price down with his opinions based on His "DD"". I now agree with Him pretty much all of the time. It's near impossible for all of us invested in this stock to obtain a clear picture of what is actually happening with Mr. Alper and BLDV'S finances and potential investments.
Mr. Alper claims to wear "Many Hats", so did Forrest Gump and He made a fortune in the Shrimp Business. I have no doubt whatsoever that Mr. Alper and many of His "inner circle" made lots of money during last years wild ride. I actually lost money. I am not stating Mr. Alper's motivation is strictly making money buying and selling his shares of
BLDV, but the truth is it may be a possibility. It's a well tread path many have followed and many who followed them have lost billions.
I lost more than 6K with Moaning, and I'm down another 3K since last year with J. Alper. I Pray this stock will surge to incredible high's and we current investors will get rich. It's on my mind every day and like all of You I hope Mr. Alper is successful in bringing His plans to fruition. However, like Kool Aid Man I am bewildered at times and frustrated pretty much all the time these days.
