In thinking about this, why would any CEO make the statements Josh made without having some confidence he will get necessary funding. After all, what’s the point. It’s not doing anything to the PPS so why go out on a limb line this. IMO the funding announcement, when it comes, will be the impetus to see PPS react very positively or it may be the beginning of the end. I can’t see it any other way. Without adequate funding, there’s no capital to keep going.
