The audit is complete as in it's been through partner review and all questions answered with the 10K report completely updated and ready to be issued. Now the EQR, quality review, is taking place by another audit partner that wasn't apart of AMFEs audit. Kind of like a non-biased, fresh set of eyes to look over the audit file and the statements to make sure everything that is required by the SEC is included in their audit file and in the statements. There could potentially be some changes to the report or additional documentation requested but it would be very minor.
