I really do not get the drop today after the filing on the SP meeting. The fact that this was going to happen has long been a sure thing and the dilution was necessarily already baked in. Its like the well known joke about the guy that fell off the Empire State Bldg was heard to say as he fell past the 50th floor on his way down, "So far so good!" The dilution even if not yet issued was already something sure to take place and already baked in. If anything, now should be the time for the shares to start to rise as what was not yet clear (the pub) seems to be ready to make its debut.
