$40 / share. I have to look back through older posts, but think there was some math behind UPLD reaching the $40s where HIPP should have some value or something to sell and recoup revs for shareholders.

Not sure if they'll go public again, but the unit and patents sold off to someone big and/or UPLD being acquired by someone big. TBD.
