Hey Excelsior, hope all is well. Are you talkin 40 million dollars for the sale of hipcricket? I believe they are going to relaunch as a public company. That being said how would that actually happen? What would have to transpire for them to relaunch as a public company? If Upland does sell them they really need to get a lot of money for them because that patent portfolio, as you will alluded to earlier, is golden
