If Jan started selling that would cause investors to panic and sell. Most investors would not no why he would sell, or care. Holding that many shares also shows confidence in the company.

The increase in a/s is of little concern when the company is growing, and the growth will be accelerating. The a/s increase is for note holder confidence.

All IMHO.
