Morning was created in 2011 as a distributor and published it's first board game, KUMO, in 2015. The company's latest success was a Kickstarter called "Kill the Unicorns" that was financed thanks to almost 8000 backers and $300,000 USD.

Between November 1st 2017 and February 28th 2018, the distribution side of Snakes & Lattes Inc. has grown from 20 retailers and 5 SKUs to 170 retailers making up 300 locations and 35 SKUs.

5/11/2017
A new division of Snakes & Lagers Inc. has been created in partnership with executive head chef Joseph Shawana to open "Ku-kum", a fine dining restaurant centered in the culinary traditions and narratives of the indigenous people of Canada. The kitchen is led by Chef Shawana, who was raised on the Wiikwemkoong Unceded Reserve located on Manitoulin Island on Lake Huron.

Natural Stuff Inc. or NSI

On 10/31/ 2017 AMFE acquired Natural Stuff Inc. The purchase price was 750,000 restricted shares of AMFE common stock. Natural Stuff Inc holds distribution rights to many food and beverage brands including 28 Black, a wildly popular premium energy drink. This distribution side is caters to small grocers and gas stations, restaurants and bars. NSI did 18 million in revenues prior to the owner having family health issues. AMFE has already increased accounts from 300 to 500 from Nov 2017 though the end of Feb 2018 and continues to form relationships with fortune 500 companies increasing accounts and products. The possibility of NSI breaking into the U.S.A market could bring more revenue if that does happen.

GRO3

GROzone was started in 2014 by way of a Joint Venture with Ambrose Fillis & A.C.T.S. systems, the creators of the original ozone technology with successful installations in companies such as Nestle, Pepsi, Sysco Foods and Sun Pacific. Through the JV the technology was modified and developed specifically for the medical marijuana industry. This system is also stackable which makes it possible for facilities to exponentially increase the volume of their production yields.

3/13/2017
The GROzone product line recently received a positive review from Pennsylvania Certified Organic allowing their clients to use our GROzone product line in organic production. Pennsylvania Certified Organic (PCO) reviews products for clients located in Pennsylvania and the surrounding states as well as for the CCOF, (California Certified Organic Farmers) and now allows the CCOF clients to use the GROzone product line as well. PCO confirmed that our product line complied with the National Organic Programs (NOP) regulations and the outcome was the receipt of a positive review.

GROzone is a triple-function sanitization unit capable of naturally eliminating 99.9% of water and airborne pathogens and the typically problematic pests that wreak havoc for cultivators (such as aphids, whiteflies and spider mites), as well as bacteria, fungus, microbes and surface mold, all without the use of chemicals. The unit can also constantly regulate a given facility's water supply, oxygenating the water and maintaining a consistent PPM infusion of ozone that prevents the formation of algae, bacteria or mold (which allows for comprehensive water recycling). This completely eliminates the need to use pesticides and/or dangerous, often carcinogenic products to treat production problems, as is common throughout the industry today.

4/30/2017

is pleased to announce that the company has signed an agreement with Roto-Gro World Wide Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Roto-Gro International Ltd. (ASX: RGI) to form a joint venture to integrate and distribute the GROzone EcoPr03 Antimicrobial System with the revolutionary Roto-Gro Rotary Hydroponic systems.

To date we have sold over 200 systems to companies in the marijuana growing industry in Canada. Gro3 is also working with U.S based companies to bring their system into the U.S market.
Marijuana is not legal on a federal level so the FDA and USDA do not have any guidelines set for growing Marijuana. Those states that have legalized marijuana for medical and or personal use have made it clear they will only allow organic based plants. Marijuana will be legal in Canada in the summer of 2018. This is where GRO3 will fit in. The revenues can be very significant.

Interlock Kings or ILK
This subsidiary was Roger Mortimers personal business prior to acquiring Amfil Tec. The business does commercial pavers, snowplowing, driveways, and lawn care on a commercial basis. He brought the business into the corporation to further build it. Once the 3 past 3 year audit is complete sometime in the 1st week of April 2018 he will be spinning Interlock Kings into a separate corporation. Current shareholder will be receiving free shares of this newly formed public company. There are no further details to date about this.

These are the 4 subsidiaries of Amfil Tech symbol AMFE.
Financials:
AMFE is currently going through a 3 year audit of all subsidiaries. It has been ongoing since this past summer with a culmination date of April 6th 2018 or before. At that time or a few days later AMFE will be up listed off the pink sheets to the QB. Paper work has already been filed with the OTC.
AMFE’s year ends on 6/30 of each year.
Total revenue for 2015
292,886.00
Total Revenue for 2016
279,045.00
Total Revenue for 2018
6,630,937
Revenue to date in 2018
9,207,7895

In 2 quarters AMFE has surpassed all of 2017 revenues by 40% or so. Each quarter has been record setting due to the company moving forward with its business plan.

8/28/2017
AMFE reduced the authorized shares from 900 million to 600 million a reduction of 300 million shares.
They will not and have not diluted shares since then. I quote the 8/28/17 PR

“The company will reduce this number down from 900M to 600M to narrow the gap between the authorized and the outstanding share count as the company no longer requires the additional room for future increases.
That being the case, we are immediately reducing our authorized share count to an even 600,000,000 shares which will go into effect before FY Q1 2018 with the close being September 30th 2017. By FY Q3 2018, we expect existing profits to fund further expansion over and above the planned expansion outlined in our previous press releases. At that time, we may look at a further reduction in the issued and authorized numbers as a show of good faith and further prove our long-term commitment to shareholders. Reducing the Authorized Shares should enhance investor confidence and eliminate any concerns of future dilution.”

There is no toxic debt and the company continues to outperform each quarter.

Ask yourself what if you bought Star Bucks, Macdonald’s, Dave and Busters when there were 3 locations. Snakes and Lattes has the potential to be the next super franchise under the AMFE umbrella. Let’s add in millions of revenue already in our 2017 financials from the Snakes and Lattes distribution side. Millions of revenue from game development. Millions of revenue from Natural Stuff Inc. The potential of millions of revenue from GRO3 in the marijuana industry which we already have a solid foundation in with completed sales.

Do your own due diligence and see what a bright future this company has. It is much undervalued at its current price. You do not find a stock in the pink sheets let alone the OTC Market with this kind of growth potential. Within a few years AMFE will be a Nasdaq listed stock. If you do not know the minimum price to be listed on the Nasdaq is $4.00 very different from its current .14 price. You do the math.

Good luck with your investments.
