Yes there was a PR from 2012 talking about changing the conversion price, but they never actually changed anything. Was that because the 2012 PR was just hype to pump the share price at the time or was it because they were unable to effect the changes they said in the PR because it would have violated the rights of the Series B preferred shareholders? I don't know.

We have the exact same situation again. Is today's PR just hype to pump the share price or will we actually see them file an amendment to the designation this time? Until they file an amendment with the Wyoming SOS to change the Series B shares nothing will have actually changed.
