S-1 - You could be right that they don't intend to sell any of the shares, HOWEVER I have never seen shares get registered so quickly. In fact I'm having a hard time thinking of another example.

On its face it looks like there is some double dealing potentially going on. There is an enormous overhang of shares out there now and no one knows when they'll show up.

I sold my meager position this morning.
