IBM still on silicon, Eindhoven on Indium Phosphide! There is time and money invested here over many years! Best case these technologies can co-exist and are complementary with polymer photonics! De- investing would destroy shareholdervalue and many big ego's. LWLG has to prove it can do it alone as well! This is what Lebby is doing with all polymer chips. Today spring finally seems to have arrived here at my place! Hope LWLG will surprise us very soon!
