Summary:

- DB settled but pending approval by court
- WMB bondholders not settled yet
- FDIC-R currently holding $2.76 billion. May not be enough to pay various claims including bondholder's.

I don't think there will be anything left in the receivership for us but our main money is held by WMILT.
