Really, "a grant" just like the much touted yet erroneous "gifted " ford truck. Riiiiiiight, just like financing is gonna be announced, right after two more toxic loans. Now that is really funny. Hmmmm, let's see, I know we have financing in hand but let's go ahead and do two more toxic loans even though our PPS is still downtrending. Good call MMEX!
