what is on my mind ever since I've heard about Congressman Hurd visiting the MMEX site and meeting with Hanks is the following:
could it be a possibility that at least some portion (if not the entire package) of the project financing will be coming from governmental (State of Texas) subsidies? I mean it is definately in the most interest of the State to have such a huge project becoming reality as besides many other economical advantages for the Texas region it will create many job openings.
Again, just something on my mind as I don't think Hurd is just coming by because he has nothing else to do. There must be a particular reason for him to make that trip and to plan spending his time on Monday.
What do you folks think?
