Can you prove to me that Dustin Secor is the "owner" of 18,752,860 Preferred Series B shares?

I'm curious to know and trying to figure out why someone like that, if they had that share count, wouldn't they have already started getting their money? Especially when the share price was at almost 4 cents.

Why would the company continue to provide news, updates, forward looking statements, new TA, potential contracts/mergers, do a Ticker Change, have players with impressive resumes like Darryl Green & Louden Owen involved, and stated great expectations for Q2-Q4?

I'm trying to understand reasons behind you and a couple others posts that seem to have ramped up so much and "dug deep" into the meanings of this Q. Why are you so heavily interested in saving the dollars of current investors?

I've NEVER seen nodummy post on this board until recently. Why the homework now?.....
