Now ya have to understand that the DIPS hold great numbers of the K issued preferds,WHICH by the way are nothing BUT A SECONDARY offering of the P at a ratio of 40/1...................SECONDARY OFFERING meaning pretty much ONE IN THE SAME.
Now with the said, the prospectuses are NOW CANCELLED out and have absolutely NO BEARING what so ever on them nor are there any conditions still left on them, and TPS P and K all being in the same tranche and same class, SO NOW can or will you please explain to all of us LESSOR IDIOTS HOW you THUNK they can legally treat any of those preferentially or different withing the same CLASS and payout TRANCHE.
Me thinks ya need to CONsider that ALL WILL BE MADE PREFERDS again, unless ya really THUNK DA BOYZ are gonna kick themselves uder the bus on the K's, can you say DUH??????????????
