LaborSMART provides temporary labor to businesses. Assuming the employees can’t, don’t want, or don’t have the skills to hold a regular job within a company; so they work for a staffing business to assist them in getting a job. These are not College degree individuals for the most part imo, it’s manual labor positions that are paid on the lower end.
