I made no reference to Note A.

I never said the CLEC Holdings acquisition with was a done deal. In fact, I agreed with you and used the word “Correct” while referring to your comment on the subject.

Regarding your comment about phone distribution... I just clarified that they intend to offer Utopya products (i.e., phones) to CLEC Holding’s customers. It literally says those exact words in the PR.

By “offering” Utopya phones to CLEC Holding’s customers, they are essentially using the telecoms within CLEC Holdings to “distribute” the phones.

In addition, I didn’t say CLEC Holding was the only way they would distribute Utopya phones. I was just pointing out their stated intention.
