I have a couple of comments regarding your observations...

Subsequent events to Q2:

On March 13, 2018, the Company signed
a Letter of Intent to acquire CLEC Holdings.

Still stating intent, deal is not finalized.

Correct. Had the deal been finalized, we would have been informed via Press Release.

And CLEC is for holding telecom companies, not for distributing phones.

I think you’re missing the point here. The telecom companies within CLEC Holdings Inc will be used as vehicles to distribute the phones.
